Who we are
This website is operated by NXT WAVE TALENT LTD (company number 16983738), registered in England and Wales and trading as nxt wave, a talent management and strategic advisory business. For questions about this policy or your personal information, email hello@wearenxtwave.com.
Information we use
When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, enquiry type, optional talent name and message you provide. If you contact us by email, we also receive the details in your correspondence.
Talent profiles may include names, biographies, photographs, professional credits and links to public social accounts. We also process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you and consider the opportunity you describe. Depending on the enquiry, this is for our legitimate interest in running the business or to take steps you request before a contract. You do not have to use the form, but we cannot respond without a way to contact you.
We use talent information to present the people we represent and their work. We use technical data to run the site, prevent misuse and maintain security. These activities support our legitimate interests and, where relevant, our contractual responsibilities. Information requiring additional permission is handled separately.
We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up for marketing emails.
Sharing and storage
Enquiries are delivered by email to the nxt wave team; the contact form does not create a public account or a separate enquiry database. The site uses service providers for hosting and email delivery, including Amazon Web Services. Google Fonts is requested by your browser to display the site's typography, which may involve sharing technical request information with Google. Social links take you to other services with their own privacy practices.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Short-lived anti-abuse records expire automatically. Application logs are retained for 14 days. Where providers process information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards must be in place where required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a copy in a portable form. Email hello@wearenxtwave.com and we will review your request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Our use of cookies is explained in the cookie policy. We may update this page as the website and its services change.
