Talent management & independent advisory
For the next wave of voices.
We represent storytellers, creatives and culture-shaping people, building careers and opportunities that reach beyond the feed. Separately, our paid advisory service helps brands, businesses and individuals navigate talent and culture.
A different kind of representation
Talent first. Always.
nxt wave is a boutique talent management agency founded by Jack Hunter Blair. We develop profiles, build careers and create opportunities across entertainment, media, publishing, events and business.
Our work starts with the person: their voice, their ambition and where they want to go. Beyond representation, nxt wave Advisory is a distinct paid service for brands, businesses and individuals seeking strategic guidance.
